Bullrun4u, I have not read any stipulations at all about the stock structure in the bankruptcy filings. I want to read Magna/ Hanover's counters to the lawsuit that CERP filed. As I said from the start; you cannot sell stock to people at a 25-35% discount to market and then sue claiming it "artificially" drove down stock price.
