In your scenario, I don't think cerp would have agreed to the reverse split unless it had guarantees from Horizon that it would alleviate the default.

I think the reverse split was filed for another reason . Just not sure why.

That is what I wanted to know , if there is a reverse split most likely CERP may sink another 50% or so before going up again . IMO
