FITX can't get turned down for finial approval. There are many pre-inspections that are going to be done by the Windsor Essex Economic Development Corporation, and Health Canada. That way till the finial inspection is done, things out of code will be pointed out and corrected as construction goes along.

Please understand, this is not a coin flip, heads you win, tails you go home broke. FITX is approved to FINISH this project, what ever it takes! This approval process is not a yes or no type of decision that could end the project, its a continuing approval process to a end game. The Canada Government gave Bill the OK to build this and just asked if he could speed up the process, Bill will build it till they get it right and approved.

You can bet they have professional plans drawn up, there is no winging something like this. Health Canada would not approve the build site just to deny them of a license! I say if you don't believe, don't invest, I'm a believer to the tune of 22.5 million shares.

The biggest hurdle was receiving their ready to build letter from Health Canada several months ago. Not everyone who applies gets a ready to build letter. It's a more stringent process as Bill has said. They received this letter following a 900 page+ application. The official license is pending inspection of their proposed building and operation which they outlined in their application. If they build to the specifications that they said they would, license gets approved. At this point, the license is a guarantee in my mind, I see no reason why it wouldn't given Bill's proven track record of hitting and exceeding all prior stated goals, and the blockbuster team he has assembled...
