Have you listened to the interview? One building is already up on site being refurbished to a grow facility...other buildings to follow according to plan. go above the board and there is an incredible amount of information provided but you must read or view...doubting everything others on here have seen over and over again isn't going to help you make your decision. it is investing, there is risk, it is a gamble, but when compared to some this looks as solid as can be found. Many pointing to things that are not positive about past performance of some business venture but not show stoppers IMHO. This is good to go. Open House this Friday on site for all to see touch and feel....watch there will still be doubters even after that event.
