Yeah it's in the two hour interview, Bill stated that health canada emailed him asking to speed up the construction. That is why there is the press release on construction acceleration to fit the 27,000 ft. facility. Bill could have been lying in the interview but that is unethical at the least and maybe criminal, so I doubt it was a lie. Listen to the interview it's all there.
