Loyalty to shareholders is an interesting concept. Any thoughtful comments would be helpful. There must be many different types. From Private Placement to 'caught' flipper. Nobody I'm sure would imply a person's life work should be first given over to someone who maybe only planned to hold the stock for about 20min.
