You are correct. Ever since Bingo posted (twice) that the ProCap mentioned in the pr was an existing company that had been in existence since 2005 and incorporated in the Seychelles, we've been trying to get it retracted. The way the post was structured made it sound like a pr. Heck, even I started to refer to it as being a pr from the company. ( :
