prpm is an interesting character.
it has flawed history.
eddie vakser is involved. now despite the recent pr about him resigning official positions, he is most likely influencing the company in some way. think about it, management had to know that a huge concern for investors was vaksers involvement, so what happens immediately? vakser says he resigns... pretty much convenient timing. vakser is still here, invisibly.
2. Colorado and washington are obviously the two legal marijuana states so it makes sense that they are "pursuing" franchises in these states. but Texas is known to have absolutely evil, draconian, bullshit, retarded laws on marijuana... and this is a state theyve targeted for a franchise? i dont really understand the rationality on this one. arent businesses supposed to make smart decisions?
3. these guys announced theyd be involved in everything mmj. so, what does that mean? they are coming off as basically kind of acting like venture capital for marijuana companies. GREAT. This is a wonderful niche, as far as i know only Full Circle Capital (FULL) and Mentor Capital (MNTR) serve this kind of niche and both are trading in the dollars.
HOWEVER. they arent making money through the stock, the barely own any shares, they know how worthless the stock is because theyve made up their mind on the reverse split. for those who think that a 10-1 is going to make a .0007 worth .007 immediately. ya'll are smoking some laced weed. reality is youre going to own 10% of what you did and the only thing that will save you is the stock price doing a 10x. (it's not impossible in this green sector)
SO WHERE IS THE MONEY COMING FROM? we've all read the PRs on the "hedge funds" and "private investors" that are involved. but it's very vague, which is kind of a red flag.
What this company needs to do is release some legitimate, bonafide press releases that contain info on tangible connections and deals with reputable partners that HAVE BEEN involved in the industry since pre-day-one. for example... prpm partners with MDBX or AVT for machines in their franchises. This is truly what will cause the explosion in stock value, basically a confirmation of legitimate involvement in this industry; because right now they only claim to be associated to it. they dont have a true business plan, they only claim to have private money and are going to spend it..
so, apologies for my rambling but heres how i feel at the end of the day...
They're either blowing smoke, or truly, legitimately, trying to get established in mmj. If their hedge funds and private investors are real, then we are looking at a MONSTER, A BEAST, A GOLD MINE at these prices. however theyve already given us enough info to be incredibly skeptical, very skeptical, and for those investors that play pump and dumps... this is in your wheelhouse. for those investors that like long mmj plays, this is in your wheelhouse too only if you trust these guys.
I'm invested here at 1 million shares flat because i just dont really know if this is real or not but I DO NOT WANT TO MISS OUT on something so potentially epic. I'm gambling and there are much worse bets to make than this one.
