OhWord, I think you're spot on here with your assessment that the Vape world (i.e. the new SPLI) is capitalizing on the universal nature of the E-Cig device to function in multiple capacities...in this case, juice charged with a any kind of herb that can be consumed via the juice medium that emits water vapor and perhaps might very well be odorless.
If perhaps, I'm a recreational smoker of tabacco or any herb, I'm digging the flexibility and responsible behavior aspects of being able to do that and not offend or infringe on the personal rights of others. If the SPLI E-Cig provides that opportunity, I'm thinking that's borderline innovative (my humble opinion). Let's be honest, with the taxes states will reap from legalizing medicinal herb alone will save the state's coffers from going bankrupt and preclude unwanted tax hikes perhaps on great Americans like yourself.
Hot industries are hot industries. SPLI could could be combining two of the hottest industries right now and that seems to be driving many naysayers out to vent conservative opinions much like the one's they oppose here. Regardless of the players involved here, the DD provided by several good folks here have been nothing more than neutral and open to all views. I for one can respect that on a forum like this...
