Nope.. They want it all. The fact there are those misleading the NSCC in regards to fails to deliver, is a place to start if not already.

FINRA and the SEC have both been captured imho so perhaps the FBI or IRS would be a better place to have investigate the fraud in our markets. The IRS is losing huge sums of tax dollars by having funds hidden offshore by the criminals who manipulate our markets and steal investors funds by selling that which they do not own and have not borrowed. Just a matter of time before we see perp walks imho. Go GNCP!!!
