Another instance of poorly researched DD,...NTEK won TWO AWARDS for their Nuvola Product (& will likely win more at NEXT YEARS CES -- they did not have the prototype done in time to meet the 2014 deadline for that show) & this is blatantly FALSE:
An award they won was created by someone on their board.
And any mention of jail (whether premature or ultimately proved a reality or no) is IMMATERIAL: That is the bottom line.
Once again, I would discourage shareholders from erroneously disparaging a JV partner since it makes NO SENSE to your holding. In this CASE, WORSE SENSE since:
1) The information was KNOWN...publicly available, filed with the SEC as far as NanoTech goes.
2) NTEK is ONLY a service provider. Meaning, if HHSE finds a better price &/or service package they can provide notice & move accordingly.
3) NTEK is providing ADDITIONAL VALUE that costs THEM money to do so by PRE-LOADING VODWiz onto their Nuvola Product.
NTEK is not required to do this. The Nuvola Product was developed & found viable AFTER the HHSE/NTEK JV was announced & so it would appear that SMART SHAREHOLDERS in HHSE would be WISE to RECOGNIZE that value to their stock, company & interests.
I am sure NTEK doesn't go around talking about Shefte's legal run-ins with BOLT & Co... Why would they? It is silly & about on par with the nonsense posted about NTEK in this regard.

NTEK has a solid team & they have been looking after HHSE's interests...
IF folks are seriously concerned they can VERY EASILY & simply ask HHSE find another JV-partner...I don't recommend they do so because they will NOT replace price, service, reliability &/or ALL THE INTANGIBLES...like being the FIRST non-major Studio to be PRE-INSTALLED onto the World's First-Ever mass marketed 4K Streaming Media Player....
