Think that summer rally thingee started when huge numbers of retailers flooded into the market from 1995 thru 2000 but were finally flushed out in 2001.
The boards now contain what i call the survivors, we are the last of the Mohicans:) I just did a count, we had a summer rally of significance in 95/97/99 and in 2000. Or 4 out six summers in the heart bubble ramping. I feel the massive sell-off from the summer of 2000 rally washed out many many many thousands of retailers, i call that the death of "Stewart" sell-off (we all remember Stewart ,no?:)
