LMAO..those shares have not been delivered as of yet. And wont be for another week or so. And they will be restricted per rule 144 for the merger and pending acquisitions per IR. Please refer to the pre14C for details. mo.

They raised the authorized share amount by 4 billion to a total of 6 billion. Those 4 billion shares have not yet been issued and are not available for delivery. I am sure the 2 billion shares that have been issued and are outstanding have been delivered. Please quit twisting and confusing what are simple facts.
