I agree with some of your characterizations of that DT, and I did not agree with his analysis, posting rebuttals on occassion.

I think it was pretty obvious that he had an agenda, but I felt he was wrong in his analysis and that INO pps would rebound, which it has.

I feel the current price and support will be the base for the next bit of news to push the stock much higher, and leave the $3 pps far behind.
