I feel like most people don't understand that the value of each share goes up when there is a reverse split. They think they get less shares at the same value. The shares, at the end of trading on Friday, would be valued at .007. Not .0007 if the split went through on Friday. The only way the value should go down is based on public reaction but that's the only reason. Papa Johns stock did this a few weeks ago and the stock continued to go up for a while.
