This new guidance from the Treasury may change all that. Not accepting cash or credit was likely the original idea in lieu of the Federal banking regulations as it pertains to marijuana sales. You might see banks now step in and and offer services to such marijuana "vending machines", such as what PMXO has. I do not see the practicality behind using a pre-paid "pot" card. Stoners and potheads need ease of access, not a shuffle of money to get their fix, much to complicated for a guy/gal who just wants their weed! :}

Banks are still skiddish about the industry. Until the law is changed banks will likely sideline the industry as they have been burned by the Feds before
