Plenty of proof was posted on this board in the last week about the Delaware law regarding share buybacks. You may choose to ignore the law, and believe the company PR, that's certainly your right.

Here's the law again.... does this look like ZERO proof? No, it is pretty straightforward evidence that the share buyback is illegal. Pay attention to article 160:

And, in my opinion, share buy-back is not on-going as this company has no motivation to buy back shares when they have billions to dump.
