I'm pretty sure everyone here has seen and read all of that. It was one of the first things I found, long before I bought. That was dismissed and any suggestion of wrongdoing on the CEO's part was dismissed. The suit was based on the fact that a SH was able to buy more shares than the company had out. It was determined that that was NOT the result of issuing shares by the company.
Jlaus82 , all one has to do is look at your posting history to see what your about .......But I am sorry to burst your bubble , SPLI sells Ecigs and that is their warehouse in Davie. Now how much and how much money do they make my friend , that is up for debate!!! Thanks for trying to save the world though , you can never be to certain about things. JR
The way I read that complaint was a guy tried to gain voting power and status as an insider through buying up shares in the open market, so Dror did a R/S on him and reduced his holdings. Big deal that was a 1:1000 R/S and a completely different company where Dror intended on protecting his "intellectual property" a complaint is just that- unless he was convicted of something please share otherwise he did what I would've done to protect a company's property from outsiders. With SPLI we only have a 1:30 R/S.
