AND there is no question as to what MFR is "intending" to do (Cut Neomedia out. A childish Nonny, Nonny, BOO-BOO; you hurt our feelings reaction to Neomedia terminating the Scanbuy license for breach.)
This whole scenario only shows how MFR and Scanbuy are joined at the hip. Which will only work in Neomedia's favor when reviewing the dates of the Scanbuy termination and the current MFR lawsuit dates.
