Who is the problem, Eric, Fred or Hogan Taylor. I bet the next step will be to get rid of HT and set a new goal of 2013,2014 by a new auditor. Maybe next year.

However, as some have observed, if we do NOT "beat" the Feb. 15 date, then the applicable years changes (from 2011 and 2012... to 2012 and 2013)

I've been posting all along that there will be no audit by SHM. Feb. 15th is just another missed self-imposed deadline by this irresponsible and inefficient management team that so many seem to swear by.

I was the first and only to remain very confident and adamant that HHSE will NEVER EVER deliver an audit. NEVER! NEVER! All these inconsequential actions like filing unaudited financials through EDGAR is only intented to take away from the elephant in the room. How in the world anyone with a single bit of common sense could promise to deliver an audit on June 30th, 2012 and still have not come any closer two years later? I wonder if Fotis is still the problem?
