If anybody notices things reorganized a little or any TOU changes, hang in there, an explanation will come.

I've sent a copy of my post to Bob to take a look at to make sure it makes sense, since these are some pretty involved new changes, that I want done right.

So whenever he comes in from digging up holes and such, I'll post it and the flame wars can start all over again :)
