SYAI, I still can't see how this deal goes through and overall this company is as crooked as it is possible but hey maybe they can get the financing for this. I very much doubt it. 500 million USD financing for a caveat emptor non filing 5 cent stock listed on the pink sheets? I guess I believe it when I see it. Good luck. :-)
