To listen to anyone on this board, who has not met and talked with all of the following: Mark Baker, Rod Boone, Charles Blackwell, Frank Arnold, John Cortade, Malcolm Phillips, Dr. Wade Poteet, Harold Cauthan, George Dials, Jim Griffin, and Tim Shiver.

Cannot in anyway even begin to have a clue as to what happened.

I guess I am amazed that you would try and solve a murder, without talking to "ALL" the witnesses.

Remember, each side claims to be telling the truth. But to think one can learn from anyone who has not met all the above parties, is only fooling ones self.

I know the SEC knows more than you, or me, or any other poster on this board. Yet, 5 years and no charges.

One of the reasons Raiderman has such a good feeling about CDEX, is because he has seen and heard things during the lawsuit, that you and 99.999 percent of the others on this board has not.

I was there with him and on the phone, I know what he read, what he heard, what he saw, and why he feels the way he does.

IMHO, any poster who has not met and talked with each listed name above, is pretty much walking in the dark.

I guess I was lucky, I never heard such prices. And had I heard such prices, I would have not believed the person. Once I got the oil package that was for sale for 200K or less, I knew the was a problem with the Loch BOD. WP, MP, HC, and TS had nothing to do with Mark Baker putting a 40 million asset evaluation on the Oklahoma Oil field. NOT ONE THING! And the same ones that did that, put out the other pr's.

Scared I talked with the SEC by phone and email just last week. They could not comment on Loch Harris at this time, which means the investigation is not closed.
