This is a P & D since 2009 and after 1 for 1000 r/s 2 years ago. The A/S is back to 2.5 billion. Same preferred shareholders in control and will continue like thay have for 5 years screwing common. All they do is sell shares. When it's right back at .0001 to find buyers you were warned.
