Sideswipe- KABX will end out much stronger

Judging by today's trading- we see strong buying pressure at .001 and this cycle to .002 is unfortunate even though we recently got all of those filings and debt restructuring.

I will give t a week or two more- as Stervc mentioned - this has been known since december. These can play out shockingly well quickly.

A plea offer will be coming but it may take a while. The US Attorney will put it together and give it to Ulsteen's Lawyer. Also a pre-sentence report has to be made and presented to Ulsteen's lawyer for him to go over it with him. This process could take a few months.
