This company has a very large upside and investors are hearing about it and seeing it on their charts. MM are not involved in some conspiracy to artificially raise the share price a few cents, now if you consider someone who shorts stocks a MM (which is crazy) than that may be the case.
This stock has every indicator saying it is a bull and investors are reacting. Not some evil secret MM who probably was the same guy behind 9/11
