A good read, very long, but a good read. You should read some of the lawsuits that are waiting for trial concerning slander that has been allowed on these boards, some darn good stuff.
If I may, I would like to ask you to read numbers 11, 23, and 109-111, of the final settlement agreement again.
I am sure you have read them before, but it should have meaning that this was a court room, to which anyone could have asked to be heard. And all they came and asked to be heard were.
I am not sure if you have been through a similar experience or not, but when you are before the court, you have only the fatcs you bring to the court. You present those facts, answer all the questions askd of you, then wait for the verdict.
Read the above sections again. Then take a hard look at which side of the field you really want to be sitting.
