Or was that just a local colloquialism from my youth that followed “cool”?
(“cool”, to me was 50ish… beatnik 50’s… Yeah, last century stuff.)
The “Teen Years”… What goes around is new again.
I don’t use “neat” often. There are those sideways looks from my kids.
