Ahhhhhh, now I see the root of the problem..... some of you old Demented ones have been waiting so so long, and are so used to the old tricks this company's mgmt used to play to enrich themselves that you are skeptical about everything and anything that the company puts out. Mike, Jay, Zenus and Lax Daddy and Stew are true believers, because they have been waiting a long time, but still believe and will not bash the company. The other group BillyWrongFrakFoolSuzie want failure, and that is why they always bring up the bad.
Well this is NOT that company....for us new stockholders, we see a company that has gone from 1 cent just a short time ago to .20 at one point just recently. Mike just can't believe anymore because he is worn out waiting, BillyWrightFool got scammed almost 20 yrs ago and he's still waiting (for what no one knows)...everyone is watiting.....but the new stockholders are not tainted by what happened in the past since the new mgmt and new advisors are very prominent and trustworthy people unlike the old scallywags that used to control the company. The new team wants and is striving for success, and not to line their pockets by scamming shareholders.
And yes, the lawsuit is irrelevant---seriously--TMM felt it had to stop the Demented thieves from robbing any further, and spreading malicious lies---that's all. Like Jay says, TRUDEF will still move onward and upward either way the lawsuit goes. And no, there will be no countersuit or money awards to the Demented ones, they will just fade into the sunset along with their worthless "company".
So all I can say here is something out of the bible.....O you of little faith, why do you doubt? and...patience is the greatest of all virtues.
TMM has the gold---TRUDEF, and IMHO it is not far fetched for the stock to go to $25 with a buyout---why would anyone disagree with that? Yes, reality is harsh to the Demented ones, I do have to agree.....the reality that TMM is a winner with a truly revolutionary product!!!

Where did you bash? Really I'm not going to go through ur posts but when you say, hey I'm glad it works on a surface and they put out a publication BUT who has really seen it, they said this in 1990... That is called a soft bash... When they announced ppl joining the boards, you said well what do they know, ppl do that all the time , and we pointed out respectable ppl don't attach their names to companies that are fraudulent....

No wtf is infinity?!? Lol patents have to be specific and use concise words otherwise they can be interpreted anyways .... You can just use broad terms and twist your patent to whatever... This isn't the constitution, it must say exactly what you are using....

Did you know that Tom Simpson motioned for Larry Panik to be the CEO of their venture, which would have given larry Panik ultimate eyes over the monies he collected and a strong voice in the usage and direction of the codec. but did
Larry Panik turn it down. "flat yes". why? speculation can say, he needed a fall guy for the "poor accounting" of the loss of the 500 K people invested. or was it his illegal brokering to friends and families in states without concern to blue sky laws. TMMI TRUDEF moves onward and upward!.
