What I wouldnt mind, is not any immediate dilution as the A/S is almost maxed out, but would not mind something stated saying that they are not going to raise the A/S in the next 6 months, year, 2 years, etc.

And btw, the pps retreats each time because of profit taking....period.

I don't think it will really amount to much but I can see a few million being sold by them. We are so undervalued it won't really matter much. The only problem is when VFIN starts under-cutting the ask on a lighter volume day it could cause some rookies to bail which could start a short-term reversal.

VFIN is a very small player here....
