As of Feb. 2014, the Company had approximately 30 million common shares issued and outstanding, with around 12 to 15 million shares in the public float. Now that Elray Gaming has become an indirect player in the Asian Bitcoin market, is supporting a Bitcoin related casino, and has access to over 80 million Chinese players, with just 30 million shares outstanding a price of $0.40 would still only equate to a $12 million market cap.
