That is right,break out are indeed break out, that is why I will raise exposure and reduce cash, I just don't believe in chasing breakout, I have patience and will be waiting for my selection to come back into buying range. That buying range might be higher than I had earlier.

the summation index has formed a very nice channel upward. it is just about at the top of the channel, maybe another burst of 20 or so, its hard to read the dots
