I think it's a pretty simple answer. Cash. The 20 million from Aspire was not enough from the eyes of the big fish. If it was, we would have gotten a pop when the deal was announced. As I recall, the stock didn't move much at all.
The investment community is looking for cash. preferably by partnership.
