Jack, I have expected NEOM's demise since 2012 but it hangs on like a cockroach at a toxic waste dump.
While I agree that management and the Board are ineffective bottom-feeders, unlike you I don't think anyone could right this ship with about $40 million still owed to YA.
The hole NEOM has dug is too deep and if there was truly a QR code "wave" to catch, NEOM missed its opportunities long ago.
