#10757 RE: Phatlander #10756

Thanks Phat, this board has been something else for a while now, Ive honestly not even wanted to post here for sometime, some serious nonsense going on IMHO...

As far as the ONE REDDER LEASE, yes that is in TX, KNOX County, the first TX Lease it appears the company is going to get on and work over with CO2-EOR IMO..

Here's some preliminary info Ive gathered:(ALL IMHO)

This was a lease that was purchased when PEII first went public with its R/M. there was actually 2 private oil companies involved, their leases were bought out by what became PEII our public OTC company, the first was PETRON SPECIAL (FS), the other was a company called ONE ENERGY, and ONE ENERGY OPERATING INC (OP#623354), PETRON took over that lease in 8/11 (PETRON OP#660821).

FIELD NAME: VOSS(TANNEHILL)
FIELD NO: 94136333
LEASE NAME: ONE REDDER
LEASE NO: 31621

That lease was almost completely shut-in since around 2004, there was only a few working producing wells(when PETRON took it over- all others shut in), looks like it was never worked over, fracked or anything like that that I can find, so this should be a good candidate for this type of CO2-EOR secondary recovery...

The company owes about 80K USD to the state for compliance issues, thats roughly 8k on 10 different wells, but I believe the company knew this even when they bought this lease that it would have to be brought back into compliance, to get all these wells back online....Here's some info that some of you can start to research and maybe get a little deeper into...GLTA
