let's see from 30 ft away angle up shooting a bird..yeah right..

also another thing that doesn't make sense, Harry had shot a bird and went to pick it up and came from behind the VP and the VP took a shot at another bird. I guess you never knew that when you shoot birds fly off, where did the other bird come from .. now we know he shot him on purpose... the heart pellet did it for me. 30 ft away?? no freaking way that would have gone to his heart at an up angle and supposed to have hit his face shoulder and neck ... the pattern at 30 ft from a shot gun is much wider. so he was much closer and since it is being covered up I say he shot him for a reason.
