I also have had a some more deeper look at what you have written about G.E.M Inc., and if it belonged to Louis Porter.

I guess, that the Gem Inc /Mary Ann situation can be solved, when you also have a look at the documents, which user nodummy has posted here with posting 14160 at Saturday, 08/27/11 07:19:40 AM:

From this pdf-document he extracted two times the same scanned paper sheet, regarding the owner situation of the Mary Ann Placer Mine, in Nevada. According to that, Gem Inc. and Hard Rock Exploration each own a 50% weighted interest (WI) als operators in exploring the site, and a Mr. Christensen owns only 4 % on the rights interest (RI). Following this, Mr. Christensen does not hold a weighted interest als operator. So the question araises, who owns the other 96% of the rights interest (RI).
