Just thought I'd skim through the Annual Report, thinking there would be something meaningful about what this supposed gas, oil, and gold mining company was up to. Nope, nothing of any value in the Annual. Just another scam company doing nothing of any value for anybody, except themselves.
But, right click on the document, and look under properties, and what do you see - "Louis" is the author of the Annual Report. Louis Porter has a very checkered past to say the least - convicted of fraud, etc. For someone who supposedly has nothing to do with the company, why does his name show up on the Annual? It appears he is still involved - and who would be better to scam investors than someone with all that experience?
