Actually you are wrong, people keep thinking it is wrong probably because the website says it's located in Charlotte, SC (confusing) vs Ft. Mill, SC.

If you click on the "where we are" it will bring you to a page that shows Ft. Mill, SC.

So either this is the website of Hawk Manufacturing that GLER is merging with, or they decided to take all of that company's address information and copy/paste it onto their page.

If that's not enough evidence, feel free to search GLER's filings and it will say the address for Hawk manufacturing is in Ft. Mill.

So, I'm not really sure on what grounds you are trying to say that the website is not accurate.

Ragsdale acquired a private company in December 2011. Whether he'll roll any of those assets into Hawk, I do not know. But he probably had some assets to get $25 million in credit.
