Although I'm more on the analytical side, I can usually spell pretty well when I'm paying attention. However, I tend to be more relaxed when it comes to informal settings such as chat or boards.
I'm currently working towards my MBA in HCM and worry about being correct when it's for a grade or at work.
I also have the bad habit of slangs/abbreviations but WTF, LOL, y'all want me to get carpal tunnel spelling everything out or what?????????????
