First of all, insider selling doesn't 100% mean bad. People sell for many reasons besides "OMG this company is going under. Im gonna sell and quit". Insider buying however can only mean good news for company. The sell off for past three days is not exactly driven by the insider selling-- its the 6.5 million dollar shares sale at < .40 to institution. This may seem like good news because company is raising money, but to the initial investors, it doesn't mean much. This combined with profit taking + trailing stops as others mentioned may have caused the decline. Q4 result will be the deciding factor.
