Bill really mis spoke last night. He was blabbering. There is a deal with edxc. He already agreed to it. And the fact that he said he could write the code is quite comical. Todd's system is state of the art and actually increases efficiency in production/distribution.
For billy to do it on his own would take do long and cost so much they would be out if business.
The reality is bill just mis spoke and his very large EGO got a hold of him.
