fns, actually PDA processors have good potential when compared with desktop processors. They are very cheap to produce and get a nice price, relatively. There is profit in laptops and servers, but desktop processors? Nah.
By the way, does 3Com produce processors for PDAs? I don't think so. (I'm not even sure if Palm, NASDAQ:PALM, produces their own processors.)
