Actually, I'm the one who originally brought up a fear of another R/S down the pike, not Naz. I simply said looking out over the past 12 months, the downward trend is similar to the path which led to the first one....only worse IMO. Just sayin.

First of all don't change the subject and provide me with something different proving that Floyd doesn't have a total control of events related to this company.

Second don't put words in my mouth and I said it might be one of the avenues he is going to pursue when he runs out of other options.
Yes it is my opinion but again DON'T CHANGE THE SUBJECT AND DON'T GET INVOLVED IN SOME ABSTRACT DISCUSSIONS about what is going in general on OTC BB and those sorts of things, Let's focus on Petron and let's focus on facts at hand backed by official and registered documents.

Tesla I am asking you again and for the last time PROVIDE ME WITH A DOCUMENT PROVING THAT SHAREHOLDERS HAVE A SAY ON CRUCIAL Matters related to this outfit AND FLOYD CAN'T OVERRIDE THEIR VOTES AND ALSO PROVIDE ME WITH A DOCUMENT PROVING THAT FLOYD DOESN'T HAVE THE CAPABILITIES TO TAKE THIS COMPANY PRIVATE IF HE DESIRES doing SO (show me where it is written saying that shareholders can legally prevent Floyd on crucial matters related to Petron if they choose doing so)

PS meanwhile while this thread is talking BS, dilution continues and actually accelerated today, Floyd got away with another poni and dog show and time keeps passing by. This is exactly what he wants. The other thing I would speculate that is looming is pressure to increase ASs and that is going to happen, Here is my thoughts 2 billion shares are tied up to that loan and he can't touch them and he is rapidly running out of that 1 billion with needing to pay all those bills, watch out. IMO
