Ok how many OSs right now about a 1 billion right? That is the rest or 49% right? Floyd dilutes more share price is going only to tank. What is the current share price and discount it, besides we don't how many common shares Floyd can claim to his 51% of preferred. Come Tesla you know better than that. IMO
