NTEK is a trading company!!! Can you compare it with dormant shell? Impossible.

Even if that was true; then SEC didn't find any reasons to suspend NTEK as it did to the 255. How about that?

You should go to this SEC section and check there were only 11 non-dormant companies suspended and the reasons they were suspended.
