Wish it was real. But without news, I don't see how it can be. This feels too much like we're being toyed with. We've seen such baseless action before. Confirmation is still very much needed before I would even consider buying more.
I would think that receipt of a $1,000,000+ letter of credit from Softeq would rate press release, and it is a bit overdue ... what do you think ??
"I talked to Robert late last week and asked him if we were still anticipating receipt of this letter of credit by month`s end, and he indicated that as far as he knew we were, because delivery of the product is scheduled for early June. As indicated above, NRE fees and tooling costs have already been paid outside of this letter, and it does look like the manufacturing process has already started, or will soon. Consequently, I do expect to see this letter of credit issued in the very near future, and if not, I would assume that the manufacturer isn`t particularly worried about getting paid ... "
chwdrhed: We'll see if it was a gutsy or a reckless move. As sinkman mentioned, EDIG has seen this kind of action before on no news. Could be some playing around with the PPS just prior to another shelf share sale. If there is a PR on the way, then this kind of action could show that someone had advance notice. If a PR, it could be the usual fluff. Risky, but at least not a whole lot of money involved. We'll see soon. Good luck.
