There is no question it is hard to get carriage...but given the way the company is being run, I don't see a great deal of expansion in the furture if Frank remains at the helm. He has apparently not produced the type of programs that people want and he has apparently not endeared himself to the glbt community to the extent where they would subscribe just to support him and his network.
