Retiring about 1/4 of shares that sounds like a company that did not need more money and wanted less shares available. All good signs in my opinion!

Didnt they use some of the profit that they made,

EVEN WHILE THEY WERE IN R&D

To put back into the company.

That is very impressive!!!

It doesn't matter. They were retiring, and re-issuing, restricted stock.

It doesn't affect the equation.

500,000,000 restricted control shares + the TA's 318,240,872 float shares equals an OS of 818,240,872.

The OS was never that high.

The max OS was 766,115,903.

The TA is either wrong...or shares that were supposed to be restricted...entered the float.

And all the shares that were issued up to March 22, 2013...entered the float.

It's simple arithmetic.

Think about it.
