Actually...by simple arithmetic...all the shares that were issued post March 23, 2012 and prior to March 23, 2013...entered into the float...they had to have to make this equation balance:

766,115,903 (max OS) - 500,000,000 (restricted control shares until March 23, 2013) = 266,115,903 (max float).

That max float means that every ones' shares entered into the float.

The TA says that the FLOAT on February 1, 2013 was:

Market Value1 $7,767,133 a/o Mar 14, 2013
Shares Outstanding 550,860,531 a/o Feb 01, 2013
Float 318,240,872 a/o Feb 01, 2013
Authorized Shares 990,000,000 a/o Feb 01, 2013

That's not possible.

The float can't be 318,240,872 because 500,000,000 of the 766,115,903 (max OS) has to be restricted. Period.

500,000,000 restricted control shares + the TA's 318,240,872 float shares equals an OS of 818,240,872.

The OS was never that high.

The max OS was 766,115,903.

The TA is either wrong...or shares that were supposed to be restricted...entered the float.

And all the shares that were issued up to March 22, 2013...entered the float.

They had to have.

Every one of them.

Thought they were all restricted?

That's what someone keeps saying.

By the way, David Foley should be considered an insider...he is one, in my book...I'm 99% sure that the SEC will agree.

Any and all of his shares should be restricted.

We know, by simple arithmetic...that he's disposed of at least 40 million some odd shares...
